Transfer of 498A case to my place. Please suggest....

I am staying in Chennai. We happily stayed in our home town during corona. Then she went to hyderabad and she put case in hyderabad nAll ALIGATION she mention it happened in chennai and home town.whether we can change the case to chennai?

the dv case was filed at Hyderabad. it could be transferred to Chennai by filing the case at supreme court of india. you need all material evidence for transfer the case to Chennai. the criminal court jurisdiction to be mentioned in the transfer case

hello sir regarding your above facts you can file transfer petition before supreme Court to transfer it to chennai. And you have to mention the purpose of transferring it to chennai. If your contention is valid the honble court will transfer it to chennai, all the best
