To whom I will file section 138 matter of malviya nagar South district saket court - to adj or cmm ?

hello client as i can see your issue of 138 ni act . in the cases of ni act 138 the cheque bouncing case have to be filled as per the bank address of the drawrees bank . as in your case where is the the drawee bank adrees lies in the same addrress juridiction you have to file case

It will be addressed to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and then it will be marked to either a digital court (NI Act) or a normal court. You can also check the website if you want to know the exact magistrate who will handle your case. If you have served him/her a notice then file for it. You to hire expert advocate in this regard if u r not aware about these small things else u will end up making lots of technical glitches ! However you need to file it at filing counter and this will be marked to concerned MM

Hi you can file the case before CMM as the cheque bouncing case gets filed before MM and not session judge. Session will not take your case and will return the file therefore it is my advise to hire a lawyer and let him file
