To which address a revision petition notice should be sent to ?

03-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In the main 125 CrPC maintenance petition, my wife gave her relatives address as her residential address but during the execution proceedings of the same case she gave her parental address as her residential address. So, if I approach the high court for revision against the main 125 CrPC order, to which address I have to service the notices, the address that she had shown initially or that she is showing in her execution proceedings, (or) do I have to serve the notice to both the addresses?

To First address you have to send the Notice. If she changes address her Counsel has to file a Memo for changing of address. Without Memo second address can not be taken. If address change she has to inform to the court through her Counsel

Dear,
To avoid service of notice issues. Mention both the addresses in the causetitle before the Hon'ble High Court. If the Registry insists to write as per the lower court cause title then show them the execution proceedings copy and inform them that you are writing two addresses to avoid service of notice issues as your wife has mentioned two addresses at the relevant point of times.

It is better for you serve notice on both the addresses, You have to mention both addresses of your wife in revision petition for service of notice.

It's better you mention both the address along with the particulars i.e stating that at the at of so & so she was residing at so & so place but again at the time of execution she have mention some other address by so & so address.
