Bail is granted to you on the guarantee that you will appear before the court as and when needed. You need to check for the conditions if any laid in bail order and you need to abide by those. Leaving a country is another thing and you may need the permission of the court. And you can file quash petition before the High Court to quash the proceedings of your case.

u can file a quash petition before high court based on the grounds in FIR so that u can get fir quashed..How many accused are there in the FIR and what is your rank. If charge sheet is filed and taken on file , you cant go outside india because if u dont appear u will be arrested by warrant

empowers the high courts to issue, to any person or authority, including the government (in appropriate cases), directions, orders or writs, including writs in the nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto, certiorari or any of them.
