Time required for quash petition in high court and ways to expedite

22-Jun-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I have approached advocate for quash petition in High Court and and he has filed and informed CRLP No. Already one year has gone and he is still telling that your petition is pending to appear before bench and will take some more time. Plz confirm whether my advocate is guiding me in a right way or trying to fool me. He is pressuring me to go for compromise with opposite party as the other lawyer has approached him. Plz suggest me to process my quash petition at earliest (on medical grounds)

Dear Mr. ... Quashing FIR needs some favorable bench , as per each Advocate. so you need a better option to change your advocate and present the case . As medical grounds are not enough ground it must be substantive piece of evidence to build up the case .
