I got a degree from a college in 2020 and found out being a fake degree as the affiliated university denied it's originality but I talked to the college and found no solution, that time I didn't even filled any fir against the college as everyone told it would not help me in any way. But now I think I was wrong to not file the case against the college and for that I want to know is there still time I can file a case against them and exactly how I can do that.

There is no time limit prescribed to file FIR. Go lodge FIR in the concerned police station and if that police station is not registering your FIR then send that copy of complaint to SP of your district and still if your FIR does not get lodged then file complaint to magistrate in the court.
