Time limitation for filing quashing petition of FRI

Sir someone has filed a false fir against me without any proofs. Even police is not listening to me. I have all the proofs that proves that this is a false case. I want to quash the fir, how much time it takes to quash an fir ?

You may file for quash anytime after FIR Is registered against you. Given that your FIR is lodged you will have to file quash before chargesheet is filed in the court. Please feel free to reach us to discuss further.

Hello, if false case got registered on you then immediately you should file a quash petition in high court. It all depends on the sections which they mentioned in FIR. If that section are not suitable to your case with evidence then there is a chance of quashing the FIR which is registered on you. If you have any doubts contact me.

no time frame for filing quash petition. if charge sheet Is already filed, you can contest in the same court or file quash petition before high court. meet your advocate for necessary guidance. if it is in AP or Telangana, I can guide you.
