Threatning by visiting home with goons

Hi, Few years back i had taken credit from one of collegue for 5 months and in returned promised him some profit and this was done even on e stamp paper. It took 7 months for me to return the amount and he's demanding double profit. He has the e stamp paper and 1 cheque. He's is asking the money from 5 years but now has started threatning by visiting my house with goons. If i have to complaint in commissioner office what is the procedure can you plz suggest and local station is not helping

you may go yo the nearest police station and file a complaint narrating the same. you may also mention the cheque details that you have given. after that you may contact the bank and intimate the same. to the bank so that if they deposit the cheque, it will not be encashed.

1. you can lodge the complaint in the police station against the goondas who are threatening you. 2. meet the advocate and understand the legal consequences before lodging the complaint. 3. once you lodge a complaint it can't be rectified
