Threatened by neighbours how to get government lawyer

I am the president of RWA of my street,and from a long period of time i am being threatened by my neighbours they are husband and wife,they are threating me by calling fake 100 no police ,the man makes her wife to threat me by putting fake allegations on me,the wife says that i will pour acid on my body and put the blame on you.and the man says that give me money and i will spare you,and there are many more propagandas.i have also reported in police but they said we also cannot handle this husband wife and you should go to court.so, i am looking for free goverment lawyer so that he can take the case from the name of my rwa and go ahead in the legal procedure. How can I get government lawyer?

Since the couple is harassing you unnecessarily and threatening you to trap you in a false case, you can lodge a complaint in police station. As you said that police is not doing anything effective, you may file a court complaint. Now as far government lawyer is concerned, it depends upon some factors and you cannot get a government lawyer straightaway. You may approach legal aid cell of a court and ask for providing a government lawyer. They will tell you the entire procedure related to the same.
