Threat to file false criminal case

I am a divorcee and met a girl online through matrimonial site. She lives in the USA and i am in Mumbai. After speaking for a while over video chats, she said she is coming to Mumbai for a visit. I met her one time and she said she wants me to leave my daughter in case i want to marry her. I said No and i ended the conversation. After she went back to the USA, she started demanding 2.5 lakhs as her airfare for her visit saying she came for me and i should pay her back. I refused. She now says she will file a criminal complaint for cheating and fraud against me that i took 2.5 lakhs from her and i am refusing to return. What should i do?

Well, thank God, you have not married her. She was trying to extort you by blackmailing. She can go to any cheap level. Well, her demands are unjustifiable, since you have never promised her to marry her

Hello, this is entirely a false case and No case can be make out against you for cheating for airfare. She has come voluntarily and therefore she cannot ask for money for airfare. Sitting in US how she is going to file a complaint in police station of India is unable to digest. Don’t worry nothing will go wrong
