Threat of filing case against me as I'm not willing to go on relation

Sir, im a student. I was in a relationship with a tamil guys 6 months back. As i was not able to cooperate with the person, i left the relationship. But he still loves me and is forcing me to go back again. As I'm not willing, he is threatening me he will file case against me for the money he spend on me. He spend those money by his own will. What should i do. He says he will move legally

you should have to twist the real issue and at the instance if the disturbance from that person persists longer, you should approach police much early. otherwise the other person may take advantage over your silence

Practically speaking , you don’t need to worry on this.. there is no effective remedy for such a claim .. you need to be bold in this matter … he is threatening amd at the same time if you file a complaint against him alleging serious sexual offences, he could be in trouble .. so nothing to worry about his threat
