Threat of false rape case and extortion

My ex girlfriend is threatening my single living mom to file fake rape case against me while i am in canada and my father is also working in abroad. They are also asking for five lakhs and they are threatening me to deport me from here.

Hello, your GIRLFRIEND can't cause harassment to your mother in any manner. A complaint as well as a court case can be filed to stop from causing harassment to you and any of your family members . your mother can also approach local police authorities.

You can file case for permanent injunction which will create defense for you in future. in future if she file any case then you can show this case as defence alleging that she was extorting you and now she filed a false case.
