Q: Regarding 420 FIR filed my ex father in law for money and just
I live in Canada on a work permit and got married in India in 2018 in a genuine marriage where both families shared expenses equally. After coming to Canada, I discovered my husband was cheating, and conflicts began. When my parents tried to resolve matters, he threatened them, and his family said they only wanted him in Canada. I helped with his paperwork, but after arriving, his father filed false 45-lakh fraud case against me in India. We divorced mutually in Canada, but I want to clear this

Q: dispute over posting tattoo artwork after studio engagement
The studio has asserted that I am not permitted to post or display artwork created during my time with them on my social media platforms, claiming this constitutes promotion or solicitation. They threatened me with a legal action. My agreement with the studio contains no such clause. I would like advice on whether posting the artwork without studio references could still be considered promotional. I can share agreement and other correspondence on request.
