In section 420 of IPCX sentences is seven year and we sentences seven year or less cannot arrest a person without giving notice of 15 days further more section 269SS of income tax act prohibit cash transaction more than two lakh in cash. Your bill is allowed or not is depend on your advocate. If your arrogate represent your bail correctly then it will be allowed definitely.
Q: 326 chare, no proof bail session court.
My friend has been arrested for 326. hence there is no proof against him. Just political pressure. bail has been rejected by lower court bcs he was already arrested and to apply for bail in session court we had to apply first in lower court. Thats what the advocate told us.Nowadays are chances to get bail in session court?
Advocate Ankush answered
The lower court made a mistake in rejecting the bail application under section 437 crpc in a case of 326 IPC. 326 ipc can be imposed after getting report from the doctor board which is constituted after receiving xray report. if there is no report of doctor then offence under 326 can not be established.

yes you can sell your land. you should take permission from court prior to sell. but usually court does not take any drastic step if you sell without permission of court. so if simple words you can sell your property anytime.

your case is so simple . you are stopped by the airline company without any sufficient reason . you required to send a little notice to the airline company and later on if they do not provide any sufficient reply to your legal notice then file a case against them.

there is a similar trial which is pending with me. that case was related to job exam. I already took bail from court for him. This is a criminal case it took at least 2 year to decide. Don't get penic. first took bail from court and thereafter face the trail. It is very simple case it is very hard for prosecution to prove his case that your husband did cheating. connected with me for further advice.
