they send me notice that i should pay 1.6 lakhs

they send me notice that i should pay 1.6 lakhs for breaking contract agreement to do job of form filling job within 5 days 500 forms what should be my defence to cancel my agreement without any cost

you also send a counter legal notice to that company and lawyer who sends u a legal notice and tells them that you can't pay 1.6lakhs and pls send the agreement to us so we can guide more info however to avoid the payment of 1.6lakhs....kindly approach us we can help in not paying the payment

hi first need to see the contents of the agreement then need to see the contents of it then you need to give reply to the notice stating that the allegations are not applicable in the present case and that you nèed not pay any amount in the case
