Theft of debit card, phone and jewelry by Care taker at home in Nov

Hello, Care taker taking care of my mother has stolen debit card from my car and stolen INR 25000 from the bank on Nov 22, 2023 . She has also stolen my Phone and Jewellery worth INR 2 Lacs. We already have CCTV footage from the bank and the criminal care taker has already accepted that she has stolen the debit card and withdrawn the money. We have asked for the money but the police is saying we cannot take any action as she is female. How can I get my money and jewellery back? FIR is filed

in which police station and why they are doing like this they has to file fir against her ..there no special provisions if lady did any criminal case for any exceptions so better file PCR against them or contact higher authority if you want any help in this cantact me at anytime

Dear Sir, You have to approach higher police officers and see that entire amount and jewelry is recovered from the female. There is no difference between male Accused and female Accused. Please pursue the matter with higher authorities.
