Theft in house , fir registred

A theft occurs in my house. Police came and fir was also registered . Thereafter forensic team also came and did their work. But till now more than 5 months had passed and no further information was received regarding it ..So please tell me how can I take the help of court regarding the fir.

Hi ..!!! You must be having the copy of the FIR. So with that copy first check the status of the FIR and then file an application in the court saying that no action has been taken by the concerned authorities on my FIR.

hello client as you are saying tht the police case has been registered and till now there is no update till now in this case we need to take steps through high court so tht police needs to file its full investigation in high court and have to solve the case

you have to file status report in your case... and monitoring of the case should be done under the supervison of magisteate. if your case is from Delhi NCR you can contact us.. you will get better result surely.

If you are sure that the FIR has been registered than you must be having the copy of the same and if not than you have to file a criminal complaint to the concerned magistrate under section 190. For checking the progress of investigation you can file under section 210 for calling the progress report from IO. In these applications you can also pray for changing of IO if you are not satisfied with him/her. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Police general file chargesheet according to offence in the court. You can place an application to the concerned court asking for the status of your case …plz b in touch to understand the legalities in your case …
