we can move for regular bail before the district court if the court grants the bail it's good otherwise we will move to the High Court to get the bail. if there is no proof then we can file quashing after reviewing your documents. I request you to connect with us for better legal remedies.

As Advocate Shivam Kumar, I understand your concern regarding your father’s arrest under a false POCSO case. These situations are extremely sensitive and require expert handling. Since the District Court has rejected the bail, the next legal remedy is to approach the Hon’ble High Court for bail. But remember, the strength of your case lies in disproving the minor status of the alleged victim. You have clearly stated that the girl is 21 years old, and there is manipulation in her school records. This can be strongly challenged by producing her original birth certificate, Aadhaar card, or any official ID issued before the alleged manipulation. We can also file an RTI to the school or education board to uncover how and when the age was tampered with. Further, the girl’s admission records, medical records, and social media activities can support her real age. Filing a false case under the POCSO Act is a serious offence in itself. Once bail is secured, we can move forward to initiate perjury proceedings and also file a complaint for malicious prosecution, both against the complainant and those involved in creating false documents. I specialize in criminal law and have successfully handled complex POCSO and false implication cases. I can assure you the matter will be taken up with utmost urgency and professionalism. Let me take up your case—we will fight this injustice together and bring out the truth in court. Please connect so I can start preparing the High Court bail petition immediately.

Your father can get a bail from the High Court. You should proceed to file a bail application in the High Court. Given the factual circumstances described by you, he can get bail from the High Court. The chances of getting bail would increase once the charge sheet is filed in the case.
