What is the proof which supports your plea on false evidence that documents should be kept ready and for anticipatory bail and filing of counter case shall be 15, 000 and a complain case also should be filed by you. And after taking anticipatory bail go for quashing of F.I.R. By the way of criminal writ in High Court
