the accused has been granted bail, and the judge's bail order states that the offense is not established even after the charge sheet has been submitted. The prosecutrix is 38 aged IIT lady says that the accused promised to marry her over the phone without meeting in person. in her 164 she denies that any promise was made and states that they only discussed marriage. in the FIr she says sex happened before promise to marry . Where is India going?

As per your description section 420 and 376 of ipc made but the thing is what is chargesheet and charge shall be framed afterward and if charges not made you can protest application before the concerned magistrate Advocate Ranjeet Sonker Allahabad high court

महिला झूठ बोल रही है तो 164,और 161 दोनों में देखो क्या बोला है भारत की बात करे तो भारत बहुत ही खराब स्थिति में जा रहा है आने वाले 2030 तक अलग से फैमिली न्यायालय की स्थापना होने लगेगी जितने भी तलाक आ रहे हैं शादी के सिर्फ 1से 5 साल तक के है बहुत ही चिंता वाली बात है
