Talking to a married woman is crime or not in india

My question is, if I make a call to talk to na married woman, and asks for her permission to talk to her and asked her to talk only if she will not be angry on me.nIs it crime legally?? Can she or her husband can file a case against me ,considering it as harrasment?

If you ask her to talk and with her consent she agrees to talk to you without any presure, coercion or any monetary gain then with her free will you both are free to talk to her. There's no crime in talking to a married or non married woman but only and only if she is willing to talk without any gain or coercion. In a free country like ours everyone is independent to talk to anyone they want but with respect. So if you want to talk to a woman and she want to talk to you it's no crime.

Hello Sir, obviously it's not a crime, but looking at your situation one thing can be inferred that your situation is not a normal situation, so be very cautious while talking to her (call/message). Legally it's not a crime to talk to a married woman unless and until you are not forcing her to talk to you.

No. But make sure you take her consent in writing in the form of a WhatsApp message or any other medium so that if she denies giving her consent then we have documentary evidence to prove her consent.
