You can file a cheating case against them under Section 420 IPC. Additionally, you can file a civil case in the jurisdictional civil court to recover the money from them. For more information, please contact me.

You need to file a police complaint at your local police station or the police station within the jurisdiction of the agency you dealt with. If you transferred the entire amount through a bank account or online, you can also file the complaint at the police station with jurisdiction over the bank. Additionally, you should check with government authorities to verify if the agency you transferred money to has a license to provide consultancy services for abroad. You can recover the entire amount through criminal and civil proceedings. Do not delay in filing your complaint, as any delay may result in the loss of your money. This type cases are legally and technically highly dependent so you should consult a lawyer before filing the complaint.
