After a cheque is dishonored, you must issue a legal notice to the accused within one month. The accused will be given 14 days to pay the money back in that legal notice. After that time, you should file a complaint with the jurisdictional magistrate court.

My phone has been confiscated by the school. I did not use it or take it out in the school. I had it in my bag as the school wasn’t providing transportation after the extra class in the evening and i had to go back alone bymyseld it was a bit far.But now the school is refusing to give it back.
