Summons received for a compromised and closed case

I had a case past in 2014 which my advocate said it was closed and compromised. .and recently this month i recieved summons from court to attend . .What might be the reason and how can i get over it. .wherein i already took imprisonment of 3 months for that case in 2015. .

Without your signature and consent how can your advocate informed you that your case was compromised and closed. If you received Summons means still your case is pending in the court. You better to meet your advocate, on the hearing day you tell to Judge about the facts through your advocate

sir, your question is incomplete under which section you were imprisoned for 3months. and you are saying that the past case was closed may be it had not been closed the police might not have found your where abouts so they might have registered your case as LPC for further detailed help need to see all the reports.

hi according to your query if you have went for the jail for the above said same case then you have to take the necessary documents from the jail superintendent and the court order which sent you jail, take those all documents and when the date on which the court called you by representing along with your advocate and submit those documents then the case will be closed for further clarifications you can contact us.
