Is ipc 354 applicable on person suffering from frotteurism.will he be acquitted.What is the procedure?

If your intent is proven to be guilty, then frotteurism is not going to defend you from the charges. Section 354 IPC is applicable on such issues and you would immediately require to seek legal help. Feel free to contact

354 IPC is definitely applicable to person suffering from frotteurism.

If proper evidence is placed before court I do not see how a person can be acquitted.

Frotteurism is the act of touching or rubbing one's genitals up against another person in a sexual manner without their consent, to derive sexual pleasure or reach orgasm.
Yes it covers IPC section 354 etc

It depends on whether he took the plea of Insanity or temporary insanity at the time of framing of charges or before that. It cannot be introduced at the time of leading Evidence or Final Arguments. You can counter it with medical analysis.
