In a case of sexual abuse on false promise of marriage, does the victim have to produce evidence of false promise of marriage by the accused ? If yes, which type of evidence- direct or circumstantial is enough??

if a person gives you a false promise of marriage physical relations are made with you and later a lawful suit against you will be made in the court regarding this fact so the onus is in the flood victim to prove the case section 59 of the evidence act states that all facts the content of electronic records can be proved by oral evidenc e and acording to section 70 oral evidence must be evident which thank you
