MY WIFE WAS UNDER GOING BREAST CANCER TREATMENT IN HOSPITAL DELHI A CHEMO PORT WAS INSTALLED IN OCTOBER 2021 FOR INFUSION CHEMOTHERAPY ETC. ON 27 JUNE 2024 SHE WAS ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL FOR HER IMMUNOTHERAPY 6 TH DOSE BUT NURSING STAFF CAN NOT INFUSE MEDICINE THROUGH C. PORT AND REPORTED TO DR.ONCOLOGY SURGEON WAS CALLED AND DR. TRIED FOR SOME TIME BUT CAN NOT SUCCED HE ADVISED X-RAY WHERE C. PORT WAS INSTALLED X-RAY SHOWS THAT 5-6 INCH PART OF CHEMO PORT BROKEN AND FELL DOWN IN HEART REMEDY..

This is very unfortunate. You can file a consumer complaint of medical negligence in the consumer court against the said hospital they will compensate your damages. But make sure at the time of filing that you have your all bills and all reports of the said incident as proof.
