stay on retirement benefits of govt employee

I have filed criminal suit against accused under section 420 IPC . The accused is an govt employee and has obtained bail. The accused owes 5..5 lakhs lease amount and how can I stay the retirement benefits of the accused govt employee till the disposal of the case and issue of order by the magistrate

okay I understand your questions so now you want to stay the banifit of retirement one government ployee right if you have a relation or if you have any contract with him you have any proof you can take a order from. court

Dear Sir, It is better to send representations to the concerned higher authorities to stop disbursement of pensionary benefits of Accused. Alternatively, you may file civil case and get a stay order before judgment on the office which pays such amount to the Accused.
