when their is stay for further investigation in high court can we approach the session court for bail

Hi, when there is stay in any matter from high court that means there will be no hearing on this .Bun in case if it is required to take bail then you can approach court to take bail from session court for the safety purposes.

Dear Sir, You can obtain bail during the dependency of stay of investigation. But taking bail at this stage is not advisable. If stay is vacated then you may get bail or without disclosing you may file bail or disclose the pendency before high court and keep your bail application in abeyance before sessions court till disposal of case before high court or vacating the stay order.
