My friend is arrested in PITA. He was working in spa. But in FIR police said he is found guilty. How we can take bail order. CJM court rejected his Bail application.

Evidences are required to be checked in such cases. sound reasons are necessary for taking bail. Bail application can be filed again with fresh grounds. We need to scrutinize the F.I.R, evidence and look in to grounds on which the bail has been rejected.

When you write any query make sure you write full forms. Please mention what is SPA? Im assuming PITA is Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act. Detailed information such as - sections imposed against Accused are to be known for clarifying your doubts. Generally, if CJM has rejected Bail in a criminal offence then you can approach Sessions Court, and thereafter to Bombay HC.

Well, if the CJM Court has rejected his Bail Application, then, you can challenge the rejection of Bail before the Honourable Sessions Court by filing an appeal before it, by paying the court fees, by attaching all the evidences going in favor of your friend.
