Someone calling me and giving life threat

Hello sir , My brother have taken money from some one 4 years which he was unable to pay back full amount ... Now , someone calling me and giving me threat that he will kill my brother and kidnapped me as well to recover his money ..... I m totally mentally harassed..... What should I do now ?? Please help me
He cannot do it as per law. You are not liable for any due to be paid by your brother. Iglf he is still harrassing you, an FIR can be filed in the police station. A legal notice can also he sent to scare him.

File a written police complaint. If the police officials are not helping out, get help from an advocate to get the FIR done asap. Alternatively you can send written complaints to the SHO and later to the DCP of your zone. However it's important to reiterate that a quick FIR is the best remedy in such cases.
