In offer letter of my friend it is mentioned that he can resign by giving one month notice or one month salary.He give resignation due to health issues and is ready to serve 1 month notice period.Is it compulsory to show medical certificate if he is ready to serve 1 month notice period?

Hello sir , My brother have taken money from some one 4 years which he was unable to pay back full amount ... He cannot do it as per law. You are not liable for any due to be paid by your brother. Iglf he is still harrassing you, an FIR can be filed in the police station. A legal notice can also he sent to scare him.

My court date is on 5feb 2025 but today it's declared as election day in Delhi . When will I get new date . Should I need to go to court on 5th.

You do not need to go to the court that day automatically there would be notification stating that all the matters would now be taken up the very next day that is 6th Feb so you should go to the court on 6th Feb
