Aapko isme Fair Investigation ke liye apply karna hoga. Fair investigation ek writ petition hai isme court Investigating officer ko Direct karegi ki iske fair investigation karo aur investigation me laga ki FIR sahi to police arrest karegi. Adhik Jankari ke liye sampark kare Advocate Ranjeet Sonker

go through 156(3) crpc, which will help you to go through the complaint case directly to the magistrate/judge. remember that you would have to show the registered FIR and all the documents regarding the case.
