Sir im kelothu sriram nayak, age 22 from warangal district, i have applied for police constable notification and cleared all the exams and events, but i have a false posco case filed on me and now the opposite party is ready to compromise the case, it's been 6 months since FIR filed, sir please i need suggestion what to do now, does it effects in SB enquiry

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR on the ground that it is based on all false allegations and that you are no where connected to the case and that you could file compromise petition in high court to compound the offence

Yes, it's one of the major offense. They might suspend you until you come out clean for the charges made on you or might issue a charge memo to prove your innocence for the FIR raised against you. If it's closed, won't affect your job.
