Sir I want to know that I am forcely framed by police and opposite party a pocso charge of 11/12 in the starting of this they said that the girl and her mother and nobody give medical and they don't have any proofs and I had 15 affidavit of my neighbours in my side but nobody want to hear me everyone show mercy with that false girl and her mother

if prima facie it is shown in the police investigation that no offense was committed by you then the IO will file a final report against you and if IO file charge sheet against you then you can file a discharge application in the concern court. for further legal assistance feel free to contact me
