Sir a lady (30 year old)blackmail my brother (25 year old) from 6months because she has sexual photos with her . Sir she sex with my brother before 6months in a hotel room and shot some photos, but my brother don't know she is a blackmailer, even hotel room is booked by lady and payment by lady ,. Sir how can I save my brother

is your brother married? if yes then you should tell him the situation and then proceed to file an FIR. if he is unmarried then file an FIR against that lady and in case the police do not cooperate or the last files an FIR against him, approach the High Court.

Dear client you just need to prefer a complaint before nearest police station and also get the reciept of bills and hotel booking from the hotel concerned.
Thereafter inform the police and mentioning all the grounds and also mention the call details from the number ftom which that Lady is calling your brother to give money.
