A constable from Chomu rajasthan came to our house.. Saying our mobile Nbr has Been Misused. Come to Chomu police station. We validated The Misused Nbr n found it in our name What shd be our course of action noe

You should give complaint to police against the person who misused your documents under 420 467 IPC etc if they does not take action then file complaint in criminal court by engaging a lawyer and give necessary records

The person who has been called upon to police station chimu should not reach there personally and he should fst send one of his frnd or other bold person having som knowledge of police work and he should fst enqiure the matter and to kniw the documnt which either ur documnt of taking a sim has been realy used by som one or any thing else fsrt make urself sure, then i will be able to give u advice further
