Sexual Harassments to my wife by my younger brother

Dear Sir / Madam My youngers brother has done sexual harassment to my wife. But due to his political connection police has not registered FIR, Then my wife lodger privet complain to magistrate, then magistrate order for police report. Then upon police report magistrate given summons to my brother. My brother has ask for sexual favour two time but my wife do not have recording of the same. When is send notice for his guilty he file defamation case on me. What to do please advice.

You will have to contest the private complaint filed before the magistrate against your brother and try to prove your allegations. You may also file a complaint to the woman reddressal forum giving all the details.

Well, your wife need to have proof, if your Brother had asked for sexual favours from her. However, if your Brother has touched your wife inappropriately, then, the Burden of Proof is upon your Brother, that, he has not touched your wife inappropriately
