Kya cousin sister (sage mama ki beti) shadi ka jhasa dekar rape ka case darj krwa sakti hai...mai hindu dharm se hu..Or kya isme conviction ho skta hai

she can file the case if you did. does not matter she is your cousin . if some thing wrong did with her and you did some thing wrong with her and she has relevant evidence against you so difenatiely she can longed the rape complaint near police station

Maintaining physical relationship based on false promise of marriage amounts to rape. In such a case, it would be considered that he had committed rape on her and will be charged under Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code. The punishment would be given to him according to Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Registeration of case on these lines is tough brother since you cannot marry your mama’s daughter as per Hindu Laws. Even if she is saying so then contents of charges and FIR will have to be checked in order to ascertain about conviction

agar aapki FIR ho gayee hai to conviction ho sakti hai and according to Hindu law you cannot marry your cousin at all. it is under prohibited relationship. But if she has filed FIR for sexual intercourse then you should go for quashing of FIR at the earliest

You can’t marry your maternal uncle’s daughter bcoz it’s comes under Spinda relations. If you have done physical relations with false promise of marriage then she can certainly implicate you in 376ipc Plz b in touch You need to hire expert advocate
