I was in a relationship for 3 years. And we were friends from past 5 years. We love each other unconditionally. We had sex and had abortion 3 times. He promised to marry me. Afterwards i stopped giving him too attention due to my friends problems and study. And he broke up with me.After using me for 3 years he suddenly started looking for a virgin sati savitri type female to get married, after 3 years he changed his mind, not me, then why should only I suffer alone?

as per Ur query .the problem Ur saying and writing is very serious in nature as well as it is one of the henious crime as per the law of India to out rage the modesty and emotional use of a female on the name of marriage is very big henious crime .and Ur thinking the write way you should a take legal remedy save Ur like life defenatelly the person will get punishment or he have marry you you need not to.suffer in any manner.

Against him and all u can write in your complain and all what had happened and all why did he leave u and all what did he say and all what are the proof and all with u and all what are the evidences and all which can be produced by them and all what are the extact things and all which u have and all what does it say and all are there enough evidence against them to file. this is a very common case in a country like India and thereby the law has made certain provisions to protect the rights of such women so that they are not wronged. you can talk to him about an out of court settlement and confirm whether he wants to marry you or not. you can also ask him the reason for the same, if he says no. after that, you can file a criminal complaint in the nearest police station. i can help you with all the drafting and police station visits s i have been in the field for over 5 years now.
