Sex with consent but had agreed to marry

Me and my bf are adults and had sex with consent but after he agreed that he would marry me if he is physically having sex with me. Now it's been 2 years and he denies to marry

This constitutes an offence under section 376 IPC along with section 420 IPC. If relations are made with the pretext of a marriage and later the person backs off from. marrying the lady then it is an offence. You need to meticulously draft a complaint under the supervision of an advocate and file it

you warn him that will will proceed further, if he denied then say him you will go and file case against him, his act is illegal, you can file case against him, but by filling case it will disturb your relationship, if it will solve mutually it will great, if not then you can proceed further

Well, you can file a case of Cheating. But some lawyers even suggest you to file a Rape Case, as you have given your consent to sex after he promised to marry you and won yout confidence to marry you. But, I say, being a lawyer, why to spoil someone's entire life for not marrying you. You can seek Compensation in Lakhs and Crores instead of sending him to Jail. But, the choice is your's.
