Dear client , based on your question, In India we have no such clear provision where strictly restrict either buying or selling of sex toys but under section 294 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, mentions that sale, etc., of obscene books. Buying of Sex Toys in India is not illegal provided that you do not use such toys to entice others in Public Space. You can use such toys to derive pleasure in your private space. If you use such toys in Public Place, others may lodge a FIR upon you, means those are aggrieved by your use of such toys, can lodge a Police Complaint against you.
