Yes application for bail can ve filled at anytime if the accused person has jumped the conditions of bail or has committed further any crime against the victim or any other person. U can also file objection in the 482 petition filled by the accused for quashing of FIR . Contact me for any help.

आपका सवाल स्पष्ट नहीं है, अगर आप बेल ले चुके हैं और 482 एप्लीकेशन पेंडिंग हैं तो केस तो दर्ज हो ही चुका है। केस कोर्ट में कब पहुंचेगा - ये बात टेक्निकली गलत है, क्योंकि केस कोर्ट में ही है। बेल के बाद ट्रायल चलेगी, और हो सकता है आपकी FIR cancel हो जाए, परंतु ट्रायल कोर्ट में प्रोसीडिंग चालू रहेगी। बेल कैंसल – अगर किसी न्यायालय द्वारा जमानत दी जा चुकी है तो जमानत केवल विशेष परिस्थितियों में या जमानत की शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने की स्थिति में कैंसिल की जा सकती है अन्यथा की दशा में जमानत अकारण कैंसिल नहीं की जा सकती।
