Selection in army when booked with criminal charges

I was arested and remanded under section of 153a ,145,188 bcz of bid to burn the pakistan flag.this case affect my army job dream. Can i apply for army selection??
Please ask the same query with the indian army portal. According to me, yes you can apply for the army selection because what you have done in past you pad paid for it. So it should affect your career and motivation.

U have option to join any service in india as u have not convicted for any wrong cause,Going to JC even for good cause and u have done best job so no one can stop to serve the nation for good cause before conviction
