Dear LawyerI am reaching out to you regarding a criminal case that I have against the Maharashtra government related to corruption. I was working as a godown keeper in Osmanabad district, and my seniors filed a fraud case against me, which resulted in my imprisonment from July 2017 to September 2019I am now seeking your consultation and expertise to help me understand my legal options in this case. Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible for me to clear my name and be exonerated from the fraud charges that have been filed against meFurthermore, I am also concerned about the possibility of the government seizing any of my assets, including properties or funds in my bank account, in the event that I purchase or acquire them. Well, it is possible to get your name cleared from the corruption scam in which you were allegedly charged for indulging in corrupt practices if you have not filed appeal in either High Court or Supreme Court and have accepted the verdict of the lower Court by accepting it's verdict due to your own problems.

As you spent more than two years behind the bars then it means charge sheet is filed against you. If there are no prosecutable evidences against you then you may go for quashing of FIR and charge sheet before the high court

1. Firstly you need to approach the honourable High Court for quashing of FIR are on priority basis 2. In the quashing petition you should seek interim relief that the government should not take any coercive action against you whereby your assets comes to be attached
