Legal cases can have a significant impact on your career, regardless of their nature or outcome. If you are facing a legal situation, it is important to consult with a nearby advocate in person to understand the potential implications for your job. While the charges mentioned do not seem directly related to your profession, some employers may consider legal issues when making hiring or promotion decisions. As a precautionary measure, you could: • Seek advice from a advocate like me with experience in criminal law to understand the potential consequences and your options. Ensure that you have all relevant documentation and evidence to support your innocence. • If you receive a notice to appear before police or  in court, follow the legal procedures and attend all necessary hearings. The sections of law you mentioned are bailable,  and generally police will not arrest you or ur family members. Further police has to give sec 41 crpc notice to you or ur family members. • It is important to remember that this situation requires personalized legal advice. Consult with me if u r from Hyderabad to fully understand your rights and responsibilities in this matter. • Be prepared to answer questions of the employer about the legal case. Your employer may have questions about the nature of the charges, the status of the case, and how it could impact your job performance. Be prepared to answer these questions honestly and in a way that does not jeopardize your case. I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
