Please elaborate on the issue in detail, including what exactly happened, when it occurred, and who was involved. It is important for us to understand the full context in order to guide you properly. Also, let us know if you have any supporting evidence, such as bills, receipts, warranty cards, written communication, emails, or messages related to the matter. If the issue involves deficiency in service or unfair trade practice, you may be entitled to seek redressal under the Consumer Protection Act, and we can assist you in filing a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Forum. Once we have all the relevant facts and documents, we can help you proceed with the most effective legal remedy.
