I have already got name change published on Gazette. But university is asking for Court Decree and also change name on 10th and 12th markscard and all 8 semester marks card.What is the court procedure to get Decree, duration it takes and Costs involved. I applied for Masters program in January and got selected. Admission is in April month when I have to submit my Degree certificate.
