Seeking counter for corruption claim

Employed in a company. Company filed FIR against me for bribery under criminal charges. There is a transaction in my wife's account from one of the supplier of approx. 2 lakh rupees. How to counter this ?

you have to appear in a court of law and you would have been summoned by the court. counter this is trail and other things could be told only after knowing the sections of fir and what exactly the fir is about

you need to file a cross complaint to the magistrate against the company for false FIR to harass you; transaction done by supplier to your wife account is an other services provided to you to the certain supplier , this is separate transaction other than main transaction in which company has peculiar interest.

If the FIR has been registered against you then you will soon receive summons from the court to appear before it to prove your innocence. And it's advisable for you to strike off your name if possible before the chargesheet is filed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
