yes you can go for out of the court settlement this won't affect your case in any ways on the other hand you can retract your case if the settlement goes well aap ko Jo bhi problem hai aap unse baat karke solve kar sakte hai agar party aap pe zoor zabardasti se samjota karake case wapis karwana chahti hai toh samjhote ki koi jarurt nahi hai court mei case aapne kar hi rakha hai baki aapka dono cheez mei koi nuksaan nahi hai

aapne jin dharao par case darj kiya hai usme razinama nahi hota hai agar court me chargesheet dakhil ho gayi hai to aapko court me jaa kar apne police ko diye hue bayan ko galat bolna hoga. Police ko diya hua bayan court me zyada mahatv nahi rakhta hai to agar aap samjhota karne ke ichchuk hai to aapko court me jaakar bayan badalne padenge. Aapko isse koi nuksaan nahi hoga .

Aisi paristhiti Mein log Aisa Karte Hain Ki maukhik Roop se ek Samjhauta kar lete hain aur FIR gavahi Mein jakar yah gavahi Dete Hain kya Hamare Sath Aisa Koi Karya apraadhi Ne nahin kiya tha ! is Baat se apraadhi ko Darna chahie aap Shikayat karta hai aap bilkul na dare
